I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the care you gave my mother throughout her time at the residence until her passing. To Roberto, Ozana, Carolina, and the other caregivers, thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I also want to tell you that at Puerta de Hierro Hospital, they asked us to congratulate you because they couldn't believe my mother arrived without a single injury after being completely dependent for so long. My family and I will be eternally grateful.
