Unfortunately, my experience at the Virgen de la Peña Residence hasn't gone as I expected. It's a shame that the residents have to live with constant staff turnover, although this is simply a reflection of the internal workings of the center. I could write about so many things that haven't gone as I expected… I just couldn't stay silent. I hope there will be a change, because if not, I would be very sad to have a family member here. Please do not take your elderly there, humiliating and inhuman treatment, my father is 79 years old and has level 4 senile dementia, they left him without food, they took him out without a coat in winter in Guadarrama, his personal belongings such as his glasses have disappeared, he was always crying, they laughed at him and made fun of him for his incoherent speech due to cognitive impairment, we wanted to get him out of there, they have not let us go beyond the reception at any time nor have we been able to see where my father slept the week he was there, the pain in our hearts is very great, the owners of the residence have yelled at us, insulted us and attacked us, the corresponding complaint has been filed, if they put your loved ones there they will die

A place I would never recommend. They treated the elderly and their families with inconsiderate disregard. They have no clue. It's a good thing we got my father out of there, because what a hell we went through. They are awful.

I do not recommend it to anyone, a very bad experience, they deceive you in everything, lack of professionalism, I took my father out of there after twenty days... they sedate the elderly, they hide the facilities, this cannot be allowed... report it because our elders do not deserve such treatment.
