First-class professionals. Since the end of 2020, my father has been living in this residence after a hospital stay that left him quite unwell. His recovery has been magnificent, both physically and psychologically. The food is completely homemade and adapted to his needs... just the smell of the kitchen makes your mouth water. They have an occupational therapist in the afternoons, and weekly medical visits and check-ups. A family atmosphere. Well-maintained gardens with sunny areas for winter and shady spots for summer. Complete peace of mind and confidence. At home, we couldn't give him the attention and care he receives at the residence.

Excellent family service, home-style cooking, clean, welcoming, in a pleasant setting, very easy to access and right in the heart of the Sierra de Guadarrama mountains. Highly recommended.

It's the worst nursing home in the world. There's no renovation or anything. There's only one bathroom downstairs for everyone and two upstairs where the rooms are. The unlicensed assistants only take all the residents to the bathroom at a specific time, even if they want to go to another one. They keep them tied to a chair all day and barely wash them or pay attention to the residents. The staff, owners, and their respective families eat there from the food prepared for the residents. In addition, the owner yells at them and answers them rudely, and sometimes even more. And there are a ton of other irregularities, not to mention the fact that it's small. It should be closed or renovated.
