My brother has been there for a few years now. I've been down to the kitchen, I've been in my brother's room, and in all the common areas, and I've never seen it dirty. In the back, there's a large outdoor space with tables and chairs; it's fantastic. The staff is great. In short, my brother is delighted with the staff and the food.

Seriously? I can't believe what I'm reading. Nothing could be further from the truth. In my opinion, which I'm going to express now, it's a DIRTY AND NEGLECTED PLACE. The owner is never there; he probably won't pass a surprise health inspection. Or even work, since he seems to have debts with the Treasury. The food is always the same, and the two employees plus the cook are in charge of approximately 50 elderly people, with whom they can't keep up. The elderly are not supervised or accompanied because they roam freely around the facilities, which causes accidents, fights among themselves, and serious falls down the stairs. It's the last place anyone in their right mind would want to be. And I still don't understand how this place can still be open.

Thanks to the bald man who runs it, my grandmother left there with heart problems and fluid retention. She's more swollen than a balloon from the feeding program they use there, and we'll be moving her since she's been under observation for a month due to the treatment and care she received.

Terrible care home, I don't understand how it can be open. A relative stayed two days and if they had stayed longer they would have been charged because of the poor treatment they received. I don't understand how people can give it 4 stars
