La Residència Bon Lloc presenta opiniones muy divididas: mientras algunos residentes y visitantes elogian su ambiente familiar, el trato amable del personal y su entorno natural con animales que favorecen el bienestar emocional, otros critican duramente la falta de servicios especializados (unidad geriátrica, fisioterapia insuficiente), el personal de enfermería limitado y las instalaciones reducidas que mantienen a los residentes principalmente sedentarios frente a la televisión. Aunque destaca positivamente por su carácter acogedor y tranquilo, la residencia carece de recursos y atención médica

There's no geriatrics unit. The nurse comes only for a few hours. The physiotherapist is brilliant for her absence. Visiting is in a small office. The dining room is tiny, and they keep them there all day. I wonder when they make them walk for recovery. When they get them up and they're done. The kindergarten doesn't exist. Depressing in almost every way. And good money to pay to have them in front of the television all day. Some are asleep from boredom or from medication. I don't know, and it's almost better.

We went to visit my aunt and I loved the residence, small and comfortable, different from others since inside there are many little animals, like chickens, peacocks, newborn chicks, pure nature, I was moved by all of that, since I see that my aunt enjoys that countryside and natural environment, the worker is very kind and cordial, although it is a little far from the city of Lleida.

Small, family-run guesthouse. Excellent service and friendly staff. A bit out of the way, but well worth the effort.
