I have absolutely no complaints about the staff. My mother has been here for two months, and like all elderly people, she's adjusting in her own way. They've all been incredibly helpful in her adjustment, from the director, Luisa, to the social worker, Marta, Miriam, Begoña, the psychologist, and the nurses—they're all wonderful. I won't mention all their names because I don't know them all. I just want to say that they treat the elderly exceptionally well, regardless of their condition. They hold meetings to discuss how she's adjusting and keep you updated by phone. The place is spotless, the hallways are spacious, and the gardens, both inside and out, are beautifully maintained. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother.

I had heard good things about this care home, but we tried to speak to the social worker several times and they never answered. I find the service very inhumane and unprofessional, especially considering it's a care home. I felt completely ignored during a difficult time with my father. In the end, we placed him in another care home.

A great social-health center with unbeatable care for seniors. The mental health is perfect, and the team of psychologists and social workers couldn't be better. Rosana is very happy!

I visited the residence and really liked it. It's a quiet place, the elderly are very well cared for, and the facilities are very good and clean.
