Residencial Mirador del Cúa presenta una contradicción preocupante entre su apariencia inicial y la realidad de la atención prestada: mientras que algunos usuarios destacan sus vistas privilegiadas y ambiente acogedor, múltiples denuncias graves documentan negligencia en el cuidado básico de residentes, con casos de desnutrición, deshidratación y neumonía severa que han requerido hospitalizaciones de emergencia, además de problemas con el manejo de información personal. The dedication of these people is reflected in the people they care for. A cheerful place where everyone is treated equally. The excellent views from its privileged position make this residence a landmark of Cacabelos, providing its residents with a peace and harmony not found in other senior living facilities.

They give out personal information to people who have no right to it, and then claim they're protecting privacy and complying with data protection laws. Absolutely shameful!

Good morning. My aunt is in this nursing home. When I went to see her, I found her unwell, and she's now in the Bierzo Hospital. They told me she has severe pneumonia, is dehydrated, malnourished, among many other things. The doctor asked me for the name of the nursing home so it would be on record, and he said that the cause is well known: she hasn't eaten or drunk enough. Now she's hospitalized, and she hasn't been in this nursing home for very long. If they don't provide our elderly with basic necessities like food and drink, it's understandable that she has severe pneumonia, a blood infection, and other problems. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHERE YOU ADMIT OUR ELDERLY. My aunt is hospitalized in the Bierzo Hospital today. I just hope she recovers and that those conscienceless people at the Mirador del Cua nursing home, if there's anything wrong with them, get what they deserve. A few months ago, we admitted my grandmother to this nursing home. At first, everything looked very nice and it seemed like a decent place to care for an elderly person. Without going into too much detail, four days ago she had to be taken to the hospital, and we've been told she's dehydrated, malnourished, has low blood sugar, creatine phosphate, and severe pneumonia... I don't think I need to go into more detail.
