It pains me deeply to write this kind of review, given that I dedicate my life to the elderly people I work with, and in a number three times greater than this care home. Being smaller, the care should be more humane and personal. It's appalling how a member of my family was admitted to the hospital. A state of complete neglect; even the emergency room doctors were shocked by what they saw. What place does this leave those of us who consider ourselves professionals? Simply put, it's appalling.
