If I could, I wouldn't even leave a review. They don't feed them. They skimp on everything. For dinner, they get salty soup that they can't have salt on, and the poor things can't even finish it. They go hungry. They get dehydrated, and when they get sick, that's it. They also confine them to their rooms, and they spend the day there alone, ringing the doorbell and no one ever comes. On weekends, God help them not to get sick because there's no doctor there, and it seems like it burns their hand to pick up the phone to call an emergency doctor. They send bank statements for things you don't know what they're for. Just wait until they have to justify them. You can't get the deposit out of them even with the police. They went from showering twice a week to just once. They might as well turn off the lights to reduce expenses into a negative balance. It's disgraceful and shameful. Our elderly deserve better treatment. We're here thanks to them.

We've had two family members stay at this residence. The first time, we had our doubts, but it was very convenient because it's centrally located. The second time, we learned in more detail how they treat the elderly. We will never consider sending a family member there again. The saddest thing is that they go hungry. At first, we thought the residents were on a special diet, but we soon learned that they're cutting corners on food. The care they provide is also poor. We've seen the doctor ignore several elderly residents and walk right past them. We've also seen the doctor ignore warnings from his colleagues. If you've had a family member stay there, carefully check your receipts. They charged us for two months when no one was there, and they refused to refund the payments. We also had trouble getting our deposit back. It's true that the residence is clean, and during the day-to-day, they are friendly, but it's such a basic minimum that the residence doesn't deserve more than one star.

It doesn't even deserve a one-star rating. At temperatures of 40 degrees, they don't provide or allow a fan, and they keep the most needy elderly locked up on the fourth floor, with windows that don't open to allow air to circulate, and there's little care or security. I don't recommend this residence to anyone who requires minimal care. This residence is only suitable for a fully capable, non-dependent senior who simply doesn't want to live alone. The only advantage this residence has is its central location.

Me sorprende muchísimo la reseña de Don Domingo Angulo, ya que personalmente he tenido y tengo un familiar en dicha residencia, empezando por la comida basado en un menú variado realizado en sus cocinas, el trato hacia mis familiares ha sido de 10 tanto del personal como de la dirección, por lo que lo recomiendo 100%
