It can't be that at 7:00 am they are disturbing the entire neighborhood by vandalizing. I imagine how they will treat the elderly if they are not concerned, I hope no one takes their elders there...

It's a bad place; the elderly can't sleep. They're out clearing brush at 7 in the morning.
