La Residencia 3ª Edad Puente Villarente recibe críticas muy negativas en su mayoría, con denuncias graves sobre el trato deshumanizado hacia los residentes, falta de estímulos, negligencias en cuidados y una atmósfera de encubrimiento entre el personal, aunque destaca positivamente por sus servicios complementarios como la cafetería y su ubicación conveniente para transeúntes. The residents are treated like furniture. There's no stimulation. They're fed very quickly and rudely. It's cold; they barely turn on the heating. The residents walk out the door and no one notices. If something happens, they cover for each other. Poor residents. It's deplorable and should be reported.

It's disgusting. They treat the elderly like furniture. They are subject to the center's rules and guidelines, such as, for example, everyone in bed by 8:00 p.m., no matter what. Hygiene is the way they want it, not the way each person needs it, according to their needs. They prepare and warn the healthcare workers so that when visitors come, they see that they are being treated very well and with excellent care. And what can I say about the healthcare workers themselves? All the flattery and patronage, there is no camaraderie, and on top of that, there is not enough staff for all the residents. When a new colleague joins, they don't help them integrate, but rather they get fired as soon as possible. When there is negligence with a resident, they cover for each other so that the truth doesn't come out, and in a last resort, if the situation of what happened is beyond them, they place the responsibility for what happened on the new one so that they can be fired more easily. The director is cynical, hypocritical, bitter, and not at all sociable. I feel sorry for the residents of that residence.
