I don't understand how some people can speak so badly of the residence after leaving their relatives there not for months, but for years. If what they say about the residence were true, why didn't they remove their relatives? It's worth noting that if someone is admitted with five changes of clothes, those clothes will need to be replaced at least every season, not every five years. Fortunately, the number of people who use false arguments to evade their obligations is very small.

Terrible treatment and no concern for the inmates' health. Lost clothing...many problems with management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL They have too many people and too few staff, making it impossible to provide good service.

We had my aunt there. We were very pleased. She was happy during her stay, made new friends right away, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The service was unbeatable. I would recommend it. Excellent service. A 10.

My experience with the director was the worst possible. My aunt, a nun, and I'm friends with both of them—the director of the convent and the director of the residence—were like something out of a cult. The hygiene was appalling, and the staff were awful. I don't recommend it. The staff I dealt with were wonderful. People are afraid to speak out for fear of reprisals. People should be in these places because of a calling; they're positions of principles and values, which I don't think the director possesses. The facilities are great, and the location is lovely, but it's a shame they have these kinds of people...

My mother has been there for a year now, and I visit her every Saturday. All I can do is recommend this center, its facilities, and the freedom they give families. The service is generally excellent.
