I'm giving it one star for these reasons (hopefully there's something that can be improved): - The doorman, named Oct****, seems to own the place and always makes a fuss when you go to visit your relative. Quite the opposite of the other doorman, Iv**, who is very pleasant. - Visits are limited to two people. There are certain dates when family members who live elsewhere gather there, and it's very unpleasant to go and have someone be turned away. - Family members are not allowed access to their relative's room. We don't know where they live or what their room is like. Is that normal? It doesn't seem right to me. I want to see their room, their wardrobe, their bathroom, etc.

An absolute disgrace. Poor quality in every way. The assistant director never shows her face. When you want to file a complaint, they don't have any forms. Zero information is given to family members about the resident's health. They don't have a nurse every day of the week, despite what they claim. Lack of hygiene in every aspect. Complete lack of consideration for the patients. Deplorable.

You can't visit family members without a reservation, even if they're well. I traveled to the village from Zaragoza for two days and couldn't visit my uncle. Otherwise, they were well cared for and looked after. A little more freedom for inmates who aren't dependent would be better. They themselves say they're in a prison.

The residence is located in a very quiet and pleasant area, and has clean and functional facilities. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to even the smallest details.
