Opiniones

My father has been living in this residence for five years, and I can only say positive things about it. If my father is alive, it's thanks to the team of professionals and the management. The center is a very welcoming, homey, and small place. All the residents know each other and form close bonds, which means they don't feel alone because they aren't. The food is homemade and excellent. There's no problem with family members seeing and tasting what our parents (in my case) eat every day.

Too much focus on money. Very kind and helpful when there were no complications, but their true colors showed when, due to the Covid-19 crisis, they restricted visits and failed to adapt the facilities to allow for safe conversations with a minimum of privacy and dignity. They also failed to adapt telephone communication for elderly people with hearing difficulties, who are hard of hearing and unable to hold the phone properly, and didn't even consider using video calls. Of course, they didn't return the deposit because the resident hadn't requested her departure in advance, even though it was an emergency so she could spend her final days at home and not die alone. Very poor management.
