Our experience at this care home couldn't have been better. My mother received exceptional care from all the staff, with professionalism, empathy, and above all, great affection. Furthermore, in her final days, the care she received was significantly enhanced, including from the doctors and nurses. We, the family members who were with her during that time, also received a great deal of support. Thank you so much, on behalf of my mother and myself. Warmest regards to everyone.

My assessment of this center is TERRIBLE. We admitted my father to this center with high expectations and positive reviews. After several incidents and numerous complaints about the care he has received during the year and four months he has been a resident, I can only say that the residence itself leaves much to be desired. The most recent incident occurred on November 2, 2025, when I arrived during visiting hours and found my father in bed at 11:15 AM, unattended, without breakfast, and most worryingly, with no evidence that he had received his medication, which I doubt given the circumstances. Because of the time, I highly doubt he had breakfast, since it was 11:45 AM, the time I left the center, and he still hadn't been woken up. And with lunch scheduled for 1:00 PM, they would have woken him up for it. All of this points to poor service, which is further compounded by a high price that must be paid.

My mother spent a week in the care home. We had a bad experience; we had to admit her and saw she had a bruise on her side that they had hidden from us. When we told them, they didn't know what it was. I certainly wouldn't take her there again.

A good experience at the center. I recommend it for its facilities, cleanliness, and the best part is the staff's attentiveness. Family members will be very well looked after.
