Terrible. They charge €300 to get on a waiting list, tell you they'll keep you informed, and it's all a lie. They don't keep you informed, they don't answer the phone, and they don't reply to WhatsApp messages. It's pure exploitation of people's needs.

I called to find out. I find it very strange that they charge 300 euros just to sign up for the waiting list (they don't return it if you find another residence while you wait, and no one can guarantee that 3 or 4 people will actually "leave" so the list can move forward). I don't think it's very legal.

My experience has been very positive. They managed to stabilize my father cognitively and gave him a good quality of life in his final days. The staff were very caring and attentive to both the residents and their families. It's a small place, but there my father was valued; he wasn't just another patient, a fact I discovered and which pleasantly surprised me. I am very grateful for everything they did.

They're not careful with the clothes, and they always mix up other residents' clothes—that's why they have their names on them (bring bad clothes to the residence and keep the good ones at home because they're going to keep doing that) and there's no physiotherapy, besides the fact that the residence needs a renovation

My first impression was neither bad nor exceptional; I will revise my rating once I have more knowledge.
