Opiniones

My grandfather, who has dementia, has been there for almost two years. I can't say they misbehaved, considering he fell all the time and they only noticed the next morning. We don't know how many hours he spent lying on the floor at night until someone came by to clean him up. One time, the home was under construction, and they notified us that my grandfather had sneaked in and fallen. How? They realized it when they heard his screams. How safe is it there? The last straw was when my grandfather unfortunately died in the hospital after a month in the home. When we called the nursing home to break the news, without any consideration or tact with the family, two women (I don't know if they were assistants) entered his room (let's not forget that they are private rooms despite being a nursing home, since we were paying around 2,000 euros a month) and started collecting all his clothes and shoes in five minutes, putting them in garbage bags as if they were shit, without us even knowing what his belongings were, since we weren't given the option to do anything. Disappointment!! But they were quick to charge us for the month that my grandfather spent in the hospital without stepping foot in the nursing home.

Terrible, my father spent two years there, and I don't recommend the residence at all, I'd better save my comments. Bad professionals.

Both my grandmothers have been there. One was given a place in the nursing home and has improved dramatically. The other, however, is still there. She's fallen several times; once she broke her hip, and another time she hit her face on the floor while strapped to her chair, bleeding profusely. To enter the facility, you have to ask permission; otherwise, you can't go in. What a strange kind of secrecy, right? I'm a grandson and can't make decisions, but I would never put my parents in a place like that.

It's a shame that such a pleasant place doesn't take care of its exterior, given its potential. The plants aren't watered or cared for, and it could look like a garden that would delight the elderly residents.

You have to call to request a visit and have permission from the family member who admitted them. They will give you a time, or you can request a day and time to see them, if available, and you can walk them through the gardens or in a small room.
