La Residencia Santo Domingo presenta opiniones muy polarizadas entre los usuarios: mientras algunos elogian sus instalaciones espaciosas, jardines bien mantenidos y personal atento, otros reportan graves deficiencias en higiene, cuidados médicos inadecuados y trato inapropiado de la dirección que han derivado en deterioro de la salud de los residentes. Las experiencias extremadamente negativas relacionadas con falta de atención sanitaria plantean serias preocupaciones sobre la calidad y seguridad de la atención brindada.

I'm a social worker, and a client and I chose this residence to house her aunt. We couldn't have made a worse decision. Fortunately, she wasn't even there for four months. The treatment from the management was deplorable, as were the hygienic conditions of the place.

A good retirement home for seniors. Well-maintained gardens. Nice rooms. Very attentive staff.

Not recommended for assisted living. A woman was admitted to this residence a month and a half ago with one side paralyzed and discharged from the Provincial Hospital, where she had to return at the insistence of her family in a lamentable state with tremendous ulcers, a major infection, and dehydrated. This is worth reporting.
