La Residencia de Misioneras de Nuestra Señora del Pilar recibe evaluaciones extremadamente polarizadas: mientras algunos residentes y familiares expresan profunda gratitud por la calidad del cuidado, el trato humanizado, las instalaciones y la atención médica durante más de una década, otros reportan graves deficiencias en seguridad, cuidado médico y trato al residente. Esta disparidad sugiere que la experiencia puede variar significativamente según la situación individual o que existen inconsistencias importantes en la prestación de servicios.

As she grew older and left alone, my mother decided, on her own, to look for a nursing home. She asked around, talked with patients at other centers, and chose this one. She told us about it as a decision she had made. She made the right choice. She has been living at the Missionaries of Pilar for more than ten years, including the pandemic, and at all times, even in more or less complex situations, I must say that the sisters, the staff, the care, the treatment (of her and also of us), and the facilities have met the goal we all desire, for ourselves and for our elders: to live and to live well. I only have words and feelings of gratitude for each and every one of them.
