I really enjoyed being there with them, along with the residents of the Claret Senior Residence, helping out wherever needed. I found the place very welcoming, clean, and beautiful. It's wonderful that I got along so well with you all 😊, and that I did a great job with everything I had to offer, etc. I would love to stay with you at the Claret Senior Residence this summer and help out in any way I can. After my father's two-year stay at the Claret Residence in Granada, our experience has been very positive. The commitment of the entire staff to caring for my father's changing needs has been professional and, above all, very humane. This has been true both in the first months when he was self-sufficient and in the final weeks when he needed more complex healthcare. Their warm, friendly approach to him and to all of us was undoubtedly a source of support during very sad times. The void his passing has left is partly mitigated by knowing that, thanks to the Claret Residence, he has been cared for at all times by exceptional people. Thank you.

I don't have anything good to say about the assistants here, to be honest. You only need to look at the reviews to see that many family members are affected by the treatment they give their loved ones, and the positive reviews come from the staff themselves. Particularly poor treatment and lack of professionalism from the male assistants, who have a rather bad reputation. Just a few months ago, they had a case of harassment against their own colleagues. They should consider changing the staff for the sake of the users; there's still time to have a more humane and well-trained team.

The camaraderie of the silver medal is lacking from 2022. I'm not going to name names, but it's necessary to see if the coordinators are more focused on what they should be focusing on, not on other things.

We are so grateful to this residence for the excellent care they are giving my grandfather. When he arrived, in addition to Alzheimer's, he had difficulty getting up and walking, and since he's been here, he has improved tremendously. He is now noticeably more agile and, above all, very happy. The staff's treatment is unbeatable; they are always attentive to both him and us, keeping us informed about everything and responding quickly when we need them. It's a relief to know he's in such good hands. Everything is very clean, the rooms are very spacious, and so are the bathrooms. Without a doubt, a place we highly recommend for the care of our elderly loved ones.
