My father-in-law Jaime arrived at the nursing home already very ill, but no one on the staff gave up on him. They treated him with great care, fed him, moved him according to schedule, hydrated him with gelatin, provided rehabilitation... Right up to the very last moment, it was special, both when they called us and the treatment when we arrived, with everyone coming to support us during the difficult time and even giving us linden tea. There's a serious staff shortage for so many elderly residents. You should never focus on the facilities, but always on the staff. For a room full of elderly people, only two or three caregivers is disappointing; the residents are very neglected. My father was there, and I had to take him out after a short time. He was very neglected and spent his days alone. And I don't pay €2100 for such a small staff. It's a disgrace. It's appalling.
