My aunt and uncle were there, they lost weight, and in the six months they were there, they didn't even let us see where they slept or ate or anything at all. The treatment from both the director and the staff was terrible. They complained that they were going hungry, and they kept my uncle's deposit to move him to a public facility, showing no empathy for the residents. We realize now that it wasn't the right place for them.

Very bad treatment, my father was hospitalized, inhumane nurses, arrogant director and lacking empathy, I do not recommend taking loved ones there.
