Opiniones

My mother attends this residence in the mornings as a day center, and she's delighted. We're very happy with the personal attention and the physiotherapy care. It's a spacious and bright place. All nursing homes should be like this.

I'm unfamiliar with how they deal with the elderly, as I've been trying to contact the social worker for two weeks to register my mother. But the customer service over the phone has been terrible. They've misinformed me about the customer service hours for these cases, they've harassed me for 15 days, and to top it all off, when I ask the person helping me for their name, they hang up on me. It's shameful they don't realize how important it is to be able to receive care in these cases.

Our relative has been here for five days and is doing very well, thanks to the mediator, the nurses, the staff, and everyone else. But today, another relative, who is quite disabled and has a serious problem, had a disagreement with both the director and the manager. This was all because she parked in the disabled parking space with her permit. They reprimanded her without any regard for her disability or how sensitive they are to admit her to the residence. The biggest shock was that there was another car, and the people getting into it had no issues. When the manager (I'm being polite, not that he is) pointed this out, he said it wasn't his responsibility to explain what that car was doing there. The problem was only with my relative and her car. The lack of sensitivity was appalling. Since she was crying and the manager acted like he didn't care. So my family asked for a complaint form, and to their surprise, the manager said they could go to another residence if they wanted—a complete humiliation. My relative has been admitted for five days, and we've already had a terrible experience, not with her, but with her visitors, her family. The problem is that she parks in a disabled parking space, even though she's disabled and has a parking permit. And to top it all off, when we asked for the manager's last name, he refused to give it. So my family has already filed a formal complaint. We gave three stars, but that's for the staff, not for the director or the manager, who don't deserve any stars. I would like an apology to my family member, as she is already feeling very down and emotionally fragile. An apology would fix everything and ensure this never happens again. She already has enough to deal with, battling a serious illness and having to leave her mother-in-law at the care home, where they all adore her, especially her children, but her daughter-in-law loves her dearly. Therefore, I beg that this not happen again, and that by speaking openly and respectfully, people can understand each other.

I prefer not to post our experience here. I will just say that we had 2 family members there for less than a year, and that was too long. Some of the staff are very nice and competent, but that doesn't make up for it.
