I love this photograph. Yesterday, while walking outside the Bidasoa Regional Hospital, rehabilitating my right leg, I ran into a friend, a resident of this nursing home, at the emergency room exit. She had fallen near the Solbes grocery store and hit her head. She was confused but otherwise okay. Fellow seniors, let's pray a lot that luck is on our side, both before and after falls, because simply lifting our legs high doesn't prevent them all. Warm regards to all.

We have sung "Atzokoak" on several occasions with our choir. It seems to me like a good place for elderly (dependent) people.
