Opiniones

The nursing assistants and nurses completely ignore them and don't even accompany them to meals. The poor elderly residents have to help each other cut their food if they need it. In the afternoon, they're left alone, and you don't even know where the caregivers are. It's a real disgrace.

It's not a typical hospital, nor a nursing home, neither for the elderly nor for just anyone else... It fulfills its social and healthcare role, and we (the citizens) should be happy with that. Can it be improved? A lot... Well, it's a bit outdated. The caregivers... They're people too, they deserve respect... Just like the patient. It's fulfilling its purpose, and those who should be concerned about improving it should be concerned about improving it.

As a local resident, I regularly see people coming and going from the building. I've never been treated there, but from what I can see, they provide good service to patients, or at least to those I know who have had to come. Seniors only.

My grandmother was admitted to the center and received excellent care. Professional staff.
