My experience as a family member of a resident has been horrible, inhumane, and bordering on psychological abuse. My family and I still have the memory of the last time she called us. A cry for help, pleading for us to please take her away from there. When we spoke to management, their response was that there was nothing they could do due to a lack of staff. I also assume they lacked qualified personnel to handle the elderly. My grandmother went to the other world, her body covered in bruises and bruises, due to the poor handling of the staff. So I hope this opinion will help future families, who value their elderly, not even consider bringing their relatives to the Virgin of Manjavacas nursing home.

Friendly, respectful, and attentive staff, they offer good food and a homey atmosphere. They offer a wide variety of cognitive stimulation and rehabilitation activities, as well as physical rehabilitation for all residents. Above all, I would like to thank the current director, Jesús Pastor, for his work, accessibility, and attention to all his residents, especially my father. Many thanks to the entire nursing home staff. Thank you for your work.

There's a lack of qualified staff, and services for people with Alzheimer's, as well as for independent individuals, are inadequate. There's no psychological support service. The best thing about it is the nursing service and some of the assistants. They make promises, but then they do nothing.

Gran equipo de profesionales que dan un trato excelente a los residentes. Ambiente muy familiar.

Good hygiene for the residents, although they are understaffed and many of the elderly do not receive enough care both day and night.
