Opiniones

I'm Rafa, son of Fe. (First, let me introduce myself). I've read some comments that I completely disagree with. The caregivers, and Rian in particular, seem friendly, helpful, and cheerful, bringing smiles to the residents' faces. The rest of them are equally kind, treating our elders with respect. It's true that it's not a luxury residence, but the cleanliness, the service, the food, and above all, the relationship with the residents are perfectly acceptable. I'm satisfied.

My experience has been completely satisfactory. I have a relative who has been in this residence for almost three years, and the treatment has always been excellent, with complete empathy shown to us as well as to the other residents. We visit every week, and Rían, in particular, always attends to us with warmth and affection. For us, all the staff at this residence deserve a 10 out of 10.

I read some comments a few days ago, and they couldn't be more true. That nursing home is a house of horrors. My experience was with an aide named Rian, who always works the afternoon shift. She was incredibly rude. When I mentioned my father, her response was that she wasn't there to give me information... incredibly rude. Later, I saw how she treated the elderly residents, yelling and showing them contempt. My father is no longer there; he passed away. But I'm sharing this so that anyone with family there is aware of that woman.

My father has been a resident for over a year and a half. I couldn't be more grateful to the team that works with and for the elderly residents. They are excellent professionals. They provide a high level of emotional support to the residents. Thank you so much, ladies.

My father was there until December 2025. It was awful. The facilities were filthy, the beds and sheets were torn, the walls and windows were dirty, etc. The food was terrible, with little quantity and variety. My father is diabetic and they gave him all sorts of things to eat—a disaster. Four staff members were worthwhile; the rest were unpleasant and rude. They don't have a nurse, doctor, or physiotherapist. They wash personal clothing haphazardly, staining it with bleach and leaving it extremely wrinkled. Bad, bad, and bad.
