My parents at home: zero hygiene, terrible health, they didn't take care of themselves AT ALL and they ignored everything. They didn't go to the doctor, were lonely, had accidents and falls, and I told them things for their own good, but they didn't listen to me. Well, since they've been in this nursing home, they've improved tremendously. Every time I visit or talk to them on the phone, they're unrecognizable; even their voices have changed. My mother has grown 15 years younger, and now they're finally clean and tidy, cared for and monitored, eating healthy food, exercising, in much better health, and enjoying entertainment like bingo, and at Christmas they had music and danced. Socializing and talking with my mother has done her so much good; it's radically changed her character, and now she's positive and cheerful (I haven't seen her like this in 40 years). The team is extraordinary, and my parents can attest to this; they're doing great here. And I've gained so much peace of mind that I can't even describe it—I was scared when they were at home. I think they do the best job possible and prioritize other aspects of management. As far as I'm concerned (and I see many care homes), it's a suitable place.

As far as I'm concerned, the entire residence is very clean and the staff is very friendly. If one is a good person, the other is even better. Specifically, the entire staff is very friendly and attentive. A ten for everyone, and thank you very much for your support.

They keep the elderly residents medicated so they don't cause too much trouble. My father-in-law had an accident as a result. I absolutely do not recommend it.
