I went to visit a relative at this care home who has been there for several years, and from the time I arrived until I left, I noticed a significant increase in staff and improvements to the facilities and services compared to my last visit. They now have an activity program tailored to each resident; my aunt was with the physiotherapist in a new gym I hadn't seen before. The director was very approachable, professional, and attentive. My relative is very happy there despite having been there for many years.

I have nothing but words of gratitude for the wonderful team at the San Vicente Paul Residence in San Clemente, especially its director, Cristina. They treated my grandmother exceptionally well during her stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional with the residents. Special mention must also be made of the excellent condition of the facilities and their impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommended.

The worst nursing home imaginable. Just two days ago, we buried a relative who was here. We took her to the hospital completely dehydrated, with a purple and swollen hand, and the best part is that nobody knew anything. DO THEY TREAT THEM LIKE ANIMALS? I find the way they treat people there shameful; they don't even notify relatives about the person's condition. And that's not even mentioning the facilities. They don't have a single damn television in the rooms, and not a single fan so the elderly residents can at least enjoy a breeze. Anyone who's thinking of taking a relative there and reads this should think very carefully about where they're taking them. THEY ARE SHAMELESS. ANYONE WHO ASKS ME WILL KNOW MY OPINION, AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO STOP THEM FROM LEAVING ANY OF THEIR RELATIVES HERE.
