La Residencia de Ancianos El Parador destaca por su excepcional atención humanizada y profesionalismo del equipo, especialmente bajo la dirección de Jacinta, ganándose la gratitud y satisfacción de las familias que han confiado el cuidado de sus mayores durante años. Aunque las instalaciones son buenas, existe margen de mejora en algunos servicios específicos como fisioterapia, aspectos secundarios frente a la calidad de trato, dedicación del personal y el ambiente cálido y respetuoso que caracteriza la residencia.

Exceptional treatment from the Director, Jacinta. Good facilities, but lacking in some services such as physiotherapy. The team of professionals is admirable in their dedication to our seniors. An adjustment period is needed, not so much for the senior, but for the caregiver or family member who dedicates so much time to the care. They treated my grandmother Iluminada with a 10, I couldn't have given a better rating. The care was spectacular, from every worker at the residence, from the cooks, the cleaners, and every other service there. They always provided great care, tact, and respect, even in the worst of times. There are no words to express my gratitude for everything they've done, for how they've made us feel, and for the wonderful treatment they've provided.
