Mientras que la mayoría destaca positivamente la atención del personal, la calidad de la comida casera, la limpieza y las instalaciones cómodas como el jardín espacioso, existe una preocupación importante sobre la comunicación con las familias, particularmente respecto a la dificultad para mantener contacto telefónico y la falta de respuesta a solicitudes de fotos de los residentes.

I visited, and the staff were very attentive, kind, and welcoming. The food was homemade and plentiful, everything was very clean, and the garden was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a stroll in the fresh air. Highly recommended.

My mother has been there for 2 months and is super happy. She says they are super caring, the food is delicious, and the bed is super comfortable 😊
