The service offered by this residence is mediocre. There's only one person to care for 12 elderly residents. This person cleans, irons, gets them up, bathes them, prepares their meals, and feeds them. To do all of this, they have to wake them up at 6:00 a.m., and they don't have breakfast until 9:00 a.m. During that time, the residents doze on the sofa in the living room. And that's where they spend the day, without attention, physical stimulation, or companionship, without even going out into the garden. I don't doubt the professionalism of the person on each shift and their caring nature, but I do denounce the poor management of the center. A residence should be a dignified place for our elders, where they are stimulated physically and mentally, where they feel cared for and loved. And in our experience, this one is not.

I do not recommend this care home. The management is terrible, the staff is very good, but there's only one person for 12 residents, responsible for cooking, cleaning, laundry... The elderly residents are woken up at 6 a.m., don't have breakfast until 9 a.m., and spend day after day sitting on the sofa, without any activities. They have a physiotherapy clinic, but only for paying guests, not for the residents. I'm giving it 1 star because it won't let me give it 0.

This residence is not at all recommendable, not because of the people who work there, who are great professionals, but because of the manager, who only has one person per shift to care for 12 people and do all the tasks that involve cleaning, laundry, which requires them to go outside and leave the residents alone. Cooking, setting the table, serving food, and helping people who cannot eat on their own. To take care of everything, they have to wake up the grandparents at 6 in the morning and take them to a crappy sofa in the living room where they doze until 9, when they are given breakfast and then back to the sofa. They only get up to eat, and there they spend day after day without any physical or mental stimulation.

I absolutely do not recommend this residence. The staff are wonderful, but there is only one assistant per shift, they have to cook, do laundry, and cannot attend to the residents one hundred percent.

Very comfortable facilities, a very pleasant environment. Good professionals, and they also offer physiotherapy services.
