My experience at this residence has been very negative. The treatment of the elderly is lacking in empathy and, at times, inappropriate. Cleanliness is poor, both in common areas and in the rooms. The food is low quality, cheap, and deficient in protein and vitamins, failing to meet basic nutritional needs. Furthermore, there is insufficient staff, which directly impacts daily care. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, it is not a recommended place for the care of elderly people.

Years ago my father was there as a dependent. We were delighted. A doctor at the hospital said he had exceptional care, seeing the healing of a very serious leg wound. Now we are on the waiting list for another relative to go and we have no doubt that he would have been the first choice.

The building is very bright and surrounded by lovely little gardens. But what's most important is the warm, personal touch, along with the professionalism of all the staff. Our mother lived there for three years and we always felt she was very well cared for and treated with dignity and affection. She fell ill during the lockdown, and I have nothing but words of gratitude for all the staff for how well they cared for her, their sensitivity towards us, her family, and all the help they gave us. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

For me, you're the benchmark. The larger companies operate in a more impersonal manner, based on resource savings (I have previous experience), but coming across you by chance was like discovering a true extension of the home, as if it were a relative's house. Of course, I appreciate your undeniable professionalism, always attentive, but what I'm most grateful for is the wonderful willingness with which you've always treated us, both guests and family members. I'm so glad I came across you and not just another storage company on the list.

Truly professional in every aspect. The quality of life our residents enjoy at this facility is second to none. Extensive outdoor gardens and a spectacular atmosphere. Thank you for the wonderful care.
