My relative's clothes constantly disappear, people ask for explanations and don't give any, people aren't allowed to go up to their bedrooms, and if they want to have a chamomile tea in the middle of the afternoon, it's mission impossible. For what they're paying, they should be in better conditions; they're human.

I put 1 star because it won't let me not put any!!! Without a doubt I will never leave a family member there again, the treatment by the workers with both dependents and family members is horrible. Without a doubt the worst experience of our lives, and the distrust created in that place has not left us unfortunately.

I am so grateful to the staff at this care home for the wonderful care they gave my father. He was very well looked after from the moment he arrived until his final days.
