Opiniones

My family's experience has been positive in every way. They treated my brother Salvador with care and attention, even though he suffered from early-onset dementia. They even stayed with us at the funeral home during such a difficult time. Thank you for everything. Javier.

We are very happy with the residence and the staff. The management is super friendly and will inform you about anything you need. It is a very cozy residence, everything is super clean. The residents are super warm and very well looked after. The rooms are wonderful with windows overlooking the garden. Super affectionate and kind. They have their rules, like all others, that must be respected. My 90-year-old mother-in-law has been here for two months, and we couldn't be happier. Many thanks to Ana and Moncho for helping us make her admission easier; it helped us a lot. Thank you so much ☺️!!

It has been a year since I admitted my wife to this Residence. I want to share my satisfaction with the treatment that both I and my daughters have had during this time, both from the Director and from all the staff who work at the Geriatric Home. During this time we have been able to observe the positive evolution that my wife has had despite her serious health problems. From here I want to express my thanks to all of them for the excellent behavior they have with my wife and with all of us when we regularly visit her.

My parents lived there under the previous management, and it was like one big family. We had direct contact with the doctor, nurses, cleaners, caregivers, and the management itself, allowing us to have relaxed conversations and get to know the people who cared for our elderly relatives. Despite having to be separated from my parents, I went home happy because of the good time I spent with them and other residents, and thanks to the positive atmosphere in the residence. They held parties on special occasions and organized activities that brought a lot of life to the residence and its residents. We could even feed them, ask for seconds, or visit them in their rooms. With the new management and the lifting of restrictions, while other residences have returned to their pre-pandemic routines, life at this residence is very different from what it was before. There are fewer staff, less medical equipment, and the management's treatment of residents and some family members is no longer appropriate. There's even shouting in the hallways and inappropriate responses. I absolutely do not recommend it.

My mother lives in this care home, and thanks to their excellent care, she's very happy. She's immaculate, eats very well, and receives lots of love. They're also very attentive to the whole family, and we visit her every day. It's the best thing we've ever done for her.
