Opiniones

Merry Christmas! To all of you who are part of this gift, which stays within you and reveals the brilliance of your kindness, spontaneity, and above all, what you left in me—your hearts ❤️—knowing that you always wish me well and enjoy good things. It has been a pleasure and an honor to have enjoyed your company and empathy. Those moments in the dining room and among the plants where I could gather life. Thank you so much because you are indispensable. I believe it's not the years that count in the heart ❤️, but the love that flows from it. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas 🎄 to everyone.

I absolutely do not recommend this facility. The treatment of the elderly is degrading and negligent. My grandfather was left abandoned in a room in a deplorable state, practically dehydrated. If we hadn't gone to visit him, no one would have done anything. We were the ones who found him like that and had to rush him to the hospital. At the hospital, he was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection with pus, which demonstrates a complete lack of hygiene, medical supervision, and basic care. We are talking about an elderly, dependent person who should have been supervised and cared for. He wasn't. After everything that happened, the treatment of the family was equally degrading. To get his medical reports, we had to go three times, as they refused to hand them over and just kept giving us the runaround. The same thing happened with his personal belongings: they didn't want to give them to us; they only gave us two or three things, and the rest never turned up, forcing us to return again and again without any solution. My grandfather ended up passing away as a result of this situation. The neglect, abandonment, and lack of humanity at this facility are unforgivable. I am leaving this review so that no other family entrusts the lives of their elderly relatives to this place. It could have irreversible consequences.

First Place, Thank You For The Empathy, The Affection, The Family Approach That They Had With My Family And Me After The Recent Loss Of My Grandmother. I Have My Uncle Admitted There And They Treat Him Very Well, Both The Technical Team And Geroculturists, All The Staff Of The Center. From The Outside, Things Can Be Seen Or Interpreted In Different Ways And In A Thousand Ways, But What Can Be Sure Is That They Have Our Elders With All The Care They Need And With All The Love In The World, And The Workers Leave Their Skin To Give Them The Best, I Repeat, They Literally Leave Their Skin, Even Though There Are Sometimes Technical Problems, As In Any Other Place, They Always Pull The Cart For The Well-being Of Our Elders. Because I Now Live It As A Family Member Of A Resident, But I Lived It As A Worker Also Several Years Ago, And I Repeat A Thousand Times, ALL THE STAFF LEAVES THEIR SKIN SO THAT OUR ELDERS HAVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE THEY DESERVE, AND I SPEAK OUT BECAUSE I I LIVED IT AND I'M LIVING IT NOW ON THE OTHER SIDE. I WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL AND WILL cherish the memories of the LARAXE NURSING HOME from both sides. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING FROM THE HEART. YOU ARE WONDERFUL AND GREAT PROFESSIONALS

The staff and service were excellent. The condition of the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas is evident in the photos...it's in desperate need of a complete overhaul! At least it's clean, though.

Don't leave your elders in this nursing home, it's a SLAUGHTERHOUSE!!!! I had a devastating experience!!!! My mother entered this nursing home hoping to receive adequate care in her old age. Unfortunately, what we found was a completely opposite situation. My mother lasted only 7 days in this hellish place. The first day she arrived, the next day she had bruises on her head. She started talking, and after 5 days she couldn't even speak. She was always thirsty when she had visitors, so they didn't even give her water. She lost weight abruptly in just 4 days because she wasn't provided with the food or water necessary for her well-being. She also didn't maintain proper hygiene because she developed bedsores on her skin. Despite being in critical condition, she received no help or the medical attention she required. So much so that on the 6th day she developed pneumonia and an acute infection. All of this without us being notified. When we called each day, they told us everything was fine. My sister went on the 7th day as a normal, unaware visit and found that my mother could no longer breathe or speak, was extremely thin, had a very high fever, and had to be rushed to the hospital and call an ambulance herself because they didn't even pay attention to her. My mother died in this hospital four days after being admitted because the physical and psychological abuse she received was devastating. These people who "work" in this terrifying place are not professionals but murderers of the elderly, and I'm giving one star because it's mandatory because they don't even deserve that. The negligence and abuse my mother suffered in this place were key factors in her death. This facility not only failed to fulfill its basic responsibilities, but also exposed my mother to unnecessary suffering and so much pain. Shameful!!! You are a bunch of scoundrels. Be careful, they greet you with a pretty face, and when you turn your back, they kill the elderly. ALERT!!!!! This is not where a human being you love can be, and not even a dog deserves to be here, because they are abusers, murderers!!!
