Today, the tuna (a traditional Spanish student musical group) visited the nursing home to share a moment of joy and happiness with the residents. Their faces reflected a sense of well-being and a shared understanding of the kindness and warmth shown by the nuns at the residence. The facilities were impeccably clean, and it was a very happy day for everyone, filled with kisses, kind words, and a deep sense of satisfaction for having contributed to the happiness of our elders.

It's a modest residence, but constantly being renovated to stay up-to-date. The residents who are still independent also have access to the outdoor facilities, which, although a bit steep, recently benefited from a new walkway that makes everything more accessible. As they say, those who are less well don't need to be taken for walks, but that's what family is for—to visit their loved ones and at least keep them company. The staff is very kind and caring, but the personnel, some of whom are volunteers, only have time to provide the basic care each resident needs.

A truly exceptional nursing home. Beautiful views and a staff dedicated to the care of the elderly, very kind and competent. As with all religious residences, the cleanliness is impeccable. The residents are assured of receiving affection and every possible attention. There is a doctor on staff. The rooms are spotless. And it's recently renovated. It has beautiful gardens. This residence deserves top marks. One remarkable fact: during the strictest part of the lockdown, they didn't have a single case of Covid. It is, by far, the best nursing home I know. Incredible care for the residents and visitors. And despite being a religious facility, they don't force anyone to attend religious services. The staff is highly qualified, and the nuns are an example to all the staff. My father and mother-in-law lived at this particular residence, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the care they received. My grandfather, who lived to 106, my great-aunt, who lived to 95, and my great-grandmother also lived in other residences run by this same congregation. We visited them daily, not out of obligation, but out of devotion. Everything you can imagine that's good about the García Hermanos residence is true. The surroundings and views are beautiful, and the gardens are wonderful. They have everything the elderly might need, although, of course, no one would mind if you brought them a chair or a walker. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the food is delicious. I'm giving it five stars because there's no higher rating.
