We really appreciate the personal attention and that you, Loli, are always available to help us. The staff provides exceptional, friendly service to everyone. Excellent in their human and professional treatment, very approachable. In my experience of several months, I believe this could be different if Loly, the manager, weren't leading the team, working tirelessly and with great dedication. This gives me peace of mind knowing my mother is in the care of this group of professionals.
