The following assessment is based on my daily observations (I visit at least three days a week) and those of my mother. My mother has been in this residence for almost three years. Although she has some cognitive impairment due to her age, she is lucid and oriented, independent, and provides me with completely reliable information. It is a residence with a truly family-like and professional atmosphere. In addition to the excellent care and medical attention provided by the staff, they are very sensitive and individualized. Every afternoon, they have a very dynamic and interactive entertainment program to stimulate the residents' cognitive activity. Each season, they decorate the common room with details that reflect the time of year and organize related activities, including celebrating each resident's birthday. The food is entirely homemade, and the cleanliness is impeccable; both the residents and the facilities are spotless. It has always surprised me that, despite the elderly residents being so old, the smell of the air and the cleanliness of each resident are, I repeat, so pristine. The owner and her husband provide constant supervision, 24/7, which allows for perfect structuring and development. I will always be grateful to Verónica, Víctor, and the entire team they have created. MARIA REY

It's a family place, which is what it's all about. Then there's the service from the staff, as it should be. What can I say about Veronica, Lorena, Eva, Aranxa, and others? Even the name says it all. O FOGAR DE GANDARIO.
