Aunque muchos usuarios elogian la calidad del cuidado, la comunicación con familias y el ambiente en general, hay críticas recurrentes sobre la accesibilidad del lugar, la falta de actividades para los residentes y, especialmente, una actitud defensiva y arrogante del personal directivo ante sugerencias o quejas. It's in a beautiful location, but difficult to access for some people because of the slope from the parking lot. The garden is very pretty, but on a slope, so it's also difficult, especially for people in wheelchairs. It's difficult to walk our seniors because the center's staff doesn't provide it. There are poor communications if your car breaks down one day or you don't have one. The staff is very attentive, but it's true that if you complain to the person in charge, they become arrogant.

The best care home in the Santiago area. The residents are wonderfully cared for, there's excellent communication with families, the hygiene is great, and they have themed parties throughout the year. If I need a care home when I'm older, I will undoubtedly choose this one.

There's a huge difference between what it used to be and how it operates now. Prices keep getting higher, but the quality is declining. The moment you make a suggestion or complaint, the service becomes arrogant.

When the difficult moment comes when we have to leave a loved one in the hands of other people, countless fears and doubts arise. From the first moment we knew that choosing O Castro was the right decision. It was several years that we lived day by day with the people of the residence the ups and downs of these illnesses, but we always did it with the tranquility of being with loving, professional, patient and very understanding people.
