I agree with what María MP wrote; the worst part, in my opinion, was the center's director. In the almost two months my relative was there, I never met her, which I think is unprofessional—at the very least, they should welcome their residents. I have no complaints about the staff, except that there aren't enough of them, and with staffing levels at a minimum, it's understandable that the caregivers are under a lot of pressure, even though they do their best. The facilities need some renovations. After two months, I can only give the establishment two stars, although the support staff deserves more.

The staff is excellent (except for the manager), but understaffed. The facilities need a major overhaul, both inside and out. Everything is very neglected; it's not what it looks like in the photos. The staff makes up for it with their kind treatment of residents, but for the price, it should be in better condition.

I took my sister to the care home in June and kept her until September, trusting them because the price was quite high. When I picked her up, they didn't tell me she had scabies. They said it was just a rash, but there were other cases of the same condition there. It was truly pathetic, completely unprofessional; they should have warned me. I've spent more than 10 days washing clothes and bedding every day, and I've spent over 400 euros on creams and disinfectant. I absolutely do not recommend them. A terrible experience.

I would like to say that, based on my experience, the facilities need urgent renovations...and more staff, it seems that they are understaffed, and above all, more dedication and professionalism from the management.

Any nursing home is the lesser of two evils. This one has the advantage of being small, with about 30 residents. But, as is the case in many of them, there is a significant shortage of caregivers and support staff. This affects the quality of care received.
