Opiniones

The worst nursing home in the world. We put my grandmother in there; she walked in, but before a month was up, we had to take her out, unable to walk and with a bedsore. We only realized this ourselves because they hadn't even informed the family. The room where they kept her was like a dungeon, truly awful. The people there were terrible, completely uncaring. They tell you everything is great, but it's the complete opposite. Don't put any family members in this nursing home; I absolutely do not recommend it.

The worst nursing home, if you can call it that, we put my grandmother here because we thought it was the best place for her to be cared for...well, quite the opposite. My grandmother didn't die there in a month and a half because we took her in an ambulance straight to the hospital after seeing, after much insistence, where they had my grandmother and asking them to please let us see her without clothes. They forced their way in. They kept my grandmother in a hole with no ventilation or natural light, no windows, in what is known as the entrance garage, with another deaf woman because apparently my grandmother screamed at night. In addition, when we were able to see her without clothes, she had a bedsore on her hip that almost reached the bone, so she was admitted to the hospital for a month. They told us that she had arrived in that state due to neglect, and that despite the fact that we went to see her every day, they poured cologne on her, wet her hair, and made her sit in a wheelchair during visiting hours. Don't take your family there, and whoever has them should take them out. It's a house of horrors. A hell.

My mother was admitted for emergency hip surgery in July. Her recovery has been spectacular; she can now walk. At her age, she says she no longer wants to return home, where she is so well cared for. The assistants are very attentive, helpful, and hardworking. The atmosphere is unique, open, and has a very pleasant courtyard and pool. I was lucky to find a place in this nursing home.

I had a family member in this care home for six years, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care provided by the caregivers, staff, medical team, and management. It's a peaceful place, even when problematic family members try to dominate the atmosphere and disrupt the normal functioning of the center. They even handle these situations with tact and courtesy!

My mother has been in this care home for six months now, and I can only praise the experience. The staff is exceptional, extremely kind, very patient, and always willing to help residents with a smile. The facilities are very good and convenient, and the location is wonderful. The common areas are spacious, bright, and well-maintained. I am very impressed with the care my mother has received and her health has been improving since she moved in. 10/10! Highly recommended!
