Opiniones

I was visiting a relative a few days ago and saw some things I really didn't like. The director was speaking rudely to an assistant, and the same thing was happening with the elderly residents. The management recently changed, and it leaves much to be desired. I hope they take action.

I've been waiting two years for payment for the work done at the Luz de Aras residence in Lucena. The new management, run by Antonio and Jorge, is even worse than Beatriz Bartolesi. They contacted me and said they'd call me back. Seeing what these two have done, all I can do is call the TV station and lock myself in the residence. A note to all residents of Lucena and nearby towns: don't take your family members there; they're a bunch of crooks.

A nursing home with a lack of care for the elderly. The food is very good, but the lack of assistance is appalling. My grandfather was charged more than the legally established 50% for staying there for 5 nights and 6 days. I don't think they would charge you that much even if you were in a 5-star hotel. The treatment I received was appalling, completely unprofessional. I took my grandfather and they told me no, that I had to give 15 days' notice, and my relative is not a t-shirt I can return after 15 days. In my opinion, the worst nursing home in the area. I do not recommend it at all. Service = 0 Professionalism = 0 Treatment = 0 It's a mess.........

My grandmother has been admitted since June 2, 2025, and we couldn't have been luckier with this residence, the best care, you can call to ask about them as many times as you want, how clean everything is, the huge dining room they have which is the closest thing to a five-star hotel, how well the assistants take care of the elderly, María the best rehabilitation therapist with whom she plays fun games with them and gives them rehabilitation, a very complete residence they have a hairdresser, podiatrist and any professional that our elderly need once a week, thanks to the great director named Lucía and the cooks and everything, I am very happy to leave my oldest baby who is called Espíritu Santo, greetings to Aras de Lucena ❤️

My father has been in care for a year and a half while we waited for the Dependency Law to be passed so we could transfer him to a subsidized care facility. The staff is attentive, but very few in number, which means the care isn't the best. Sometimes they were seen rushing around, probably trying to get everything done. We were notified of the transfer five days in advance, and we informed the facility accordingly. When they refunded the pro-rata amount we had already paid for the month, they penalized us for not giving 15 days' notice, which wasn't possible because we were unaware of the transfer. They charged us for an extra fifteen days even though my father wasn't there. I advise anyone considering placing a family member in a care facility to carefully read the contract before signing.
