In my case, a very bad experience. They were very secretive about the condition of the elderly residents. They are understaffed. In three months, my relative fell twice, contracted COVID, and lost a significant amount of mobility. We finally managed to transfer them to another residence, and they are recovering. Be very concerned if you have relatives in this residence. The employee Ana (I wasn't clear on her position) was always making things difficult. She didn't facilitate visits, and even when it came to collecting clothes for the move, she had to call to make sure everything was alright. During one visit, my relative asked to use the bathroom, and they told her to just go in bed, that's what diapers were for. They kept saying she was sitting up, but she was actually in bed. In short, I don't understand all the positive reviews.
