Before Covid, things were fine, but only if you weren't on the top floor... During Covid, they weren't even allowed out into the courtyard for some sun. They didn't see the light of day for two years! Now, with the end of restrictions, there's no courtyard either, and they're putting up obstacles to visits and even to taking them out for an hour-long walk. I understand that Covid is scary, but these are people, and they're dying of sadness and isolation. I'm talking about the ones on the top floor. I'd rather die than live like this, ignored. The staff are very good; they do what they can, but the nuns have zero empathy and lack compassion for the most vulnerable residents. I know this firsthand.

When Christmas comes, they set up a beautiful nativity scene, in addition to the cleanliness and hospitality of the place.
