The atmosphere is welcoming and family-like. The residents are well cared for, and it feels like they're at home. However, it's becoming increasingly difficult, if not impossible, to communicate with the residence. My family and I have spent hours calling repeatedly over the past few weeks. There should be someone answering the phone, at least so our relative who lives there knows we want to speak with her, which hasn't been possible lately. It's heartbreaking that residents without cell phones are isolated from their families because the staff can't or won't answer a simple phone call.

The elderly residents feel right at home. It's like a family-run residence. They are very well cared for in every way, and the staff who work there fulfill their duties perfectly!
