La Residencia de ancianos Jesús Nazareno destaca por su excelente atención personal, limpieza impecable y comida de calidad, ganándose la confianza y gratitud de las familias de los residentes. Sin embargo, presenta deficiencias significativas en los trámites administrativos y burocráticos, con demoras prolongadas en la documentación que contrastan negativamente con la calidez del servicio asistencial. En general, los usuarios valoran positivamente la experiencia de cuidado, aunque reconocen la necesidad de mejorar los procesos administrativos.

Beautiful, without a doubt, and the service is warm and friendly, to say the least. But bureaucratically, it leaves much to be desired. We've been waiting for a procedure since the beginning of the year, and it's September now and the paperwork still hasn't arrived, something that social services told us would take a maximum of one month...
