The facade conceals a fascinating Baroque interior. It preserves a main altarpiece and secondary altarpieces of great artistic quality. We visited it in the early afternoon while the nuns were praying the rosary. The feeling one gets is of visiting a 19th-century church. It's located on the outskirts of town, and the return journey involves considerable hills.

Good afternoon, I would like to ask if there is any possibility of visiting the elderly residents of San Francisco in Baena. I know it's for the good of our elders, but we must also consider the sadness they are experiencing from not being able to receive visits from their loved ones, and that some will pass away without ever having their wish to be visited fulfilled. I wonder, and I would like to suggest to those responsible for making this difficult decision, why not create a room with two doors and a glass partition in the center to create a sealed environment and prevent the spread of infection among the residents? Residents could enter through one door, and visitors, by appointment, could enter through the other to see them, even if only through a glass partition. I feel this situation will continue, and we will be left without being able to see, and in some cases say goodbye to, our loved ones. Please consider this possibility. Sincerely.
