A very good residence. The staff are friendly and caring; you can tell they look after the elderly with patience and respect. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. It's very reassuring to know that the elderly residents are well cared for and accompanied. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place where they truly care for them.

I think it's a living prison. On my previous visit, I found it completely neglected, the exterior very abandoned, as if the residents didn't spend any time outdoors. The gardens and recreational areas were poorly maintained. It's a shame. Furthermore, and this is just my opinion, or at least what I gathered during my stay, they've taken advantage of the pandemic to implement stricter visiting rules, using the residents' health as an excuse. Visits are only allowed by appointment, a way to avoid other types of controls.
