Opiniones

Wonderful residence! They organize numerous activities for the residents: carnival, fair, Christmas, and more. The staff are incredibly kind and compassionate. We were treated like family. Thank you so much for everything you've done for us.

I had a relative who lived in the facility, and the care they received was inadequate. I also noticed a notable lack of staff to care for all the elderly. The few staff members had to provide dinner and put them to bed, rushing through their work without the care that the elderly require. They give one image during family visits, and another when they close the doors.

Bad, not recommended. Terrible care, zero information. Everything provided falls short. It's a pain to talk to the residents because either they don't take the phone or they can't go up to your room to talk to your loved one, but they do have time to check your WhatsApp statuses. My grandfather came in, and in less than a month, dehydrated and with a huge scar, he died after stepping into this residence at a rapid pace due to their poor practices, giving you painful explanations of the problems that arose. His belongings were missing when he collected his belongings, including money. Seriously, don't bring your loved ones there thinking there's staff there to take care of them; it only accelerates their death.

Not recommended at all. Some workers are charming, but others are shameless with people who cannot take care of themselves.

It's appalling. There's a staff shortage. The residents receive poor care. The food is scarce and badly cooked. They use reusable plastic tableware that's disgusting. It's a disgrace.
